1 pound browned ground beef
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 can tomato puree
1 can tomato paste (rinse out)
1 small can mushrooms
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 teaspoon worcester sauce
1 minced garlic clove
1 bay leaf
pinch of salt and pepper

Mix all of the ingredients together and simmer in a covered pan until the vegetables are tender.
