9 cooked lasagna noodles
1 can each of cream of mushroom & cream of chicken.
1 c sour cream
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 c finely chopped onion
1 c sliced ripe olives
1 2 oz jar diced pimento(optional)
1 tsp garlic salt
4 c shredded turkey or chicken
4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine soups, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, olives, pimento and onions and garlic salt, gently stir in turkey. Place 3 noodles on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. cover with 1/3 of turkey mixture, sprinkling 1 c of cheddar cheese over the top, repeat layers two more times, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or for 60 minutes if made ahead of time.
