1 c shortening 1 c sugar 1 c brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 beaten eggs 1 c peanut butter 3 c flour 2 tsp baking soda dash salt
Throughly cream shortening, sugars and vanilla, add eggs, beat throughly, stir in peanut butter. Stir in dry ingredients. Form into balls, about the size of a large marble, place on an ungreased cookie sheet.Press with the back of a Fork to make criss cross. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes
