2 lbs veal or pork steak, cut into 3 x 5 pieces.
1/2 box Kellogg's croutons
1 small onion chopped
2 celery stalks finely chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare stuffing ingredients. Combine croutons, onions and celery. Melt butter into chicken broth pour over croutons to moisten. Spread on each veal or pork steak piece roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Brown in a little oil, then add 1/2 c water to pan. Cover tightly and cook slowly 1 &1/2 hours.
