2 lbs round steak or cube steak
2 eggs beaten
2 tbsp milk
1 c fine cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dust round steak with flour. Pound steak throughly with a sharp edged meat tenderizer. Cut into serving pieces. No need if using cube steaks
Mix eggs and milk, dip meat into mixture, then into crumbs. Brown on both sides in a little hot oil.Season. Cover and cook over very low heat for 45 to 60 minutes.
