1 head lettuce thinly shredded
2 cups each of shredded carrots
1 bunch each cleaned cilantro sprigs, mint, Thai basil & green onions thinly sliced
1 pork roast sliced and julienned
1 pkg of dry rice wrappers
1 pkg medium to large shrimp cut in half length wise

Dipping sauce:
1 c hoisin sauce
1/2 c asian pepper sauce
1/2 c ground peanuts

Directions:
Divide vegetables and place into individuals areas on a table. Have a low bowl filled with hot water. Slip a rice paper into the water until transparent and soft, about 5 seconds, put on a clean towel for a brief second, place on waxed paper. Layer a large pinch of noodles, lettuce, carrots, herbs and pork, roll one time add 2 shrimp pieces and continue rolling. Shrimp should show through on outside of wrapper.
