5 c. sliced carrots
1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. butter or oleo
Ritz Crackers, crushed.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook and drain carrots.
Layer carrots and cheese in casserole dish.
Saute onion in butter.
Pour over carrots and cover with crushed crackers.
Bake 30 minutes.
