3/4 C evaporated milk
1-1/2 C solf bread crumbs
1/2 tsp accent
1-1/2 egg
1-1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dry mustard
3/8 tsp pepper
3/8 tsp thyme
1/2 cup minced onion
1-1/2 lb. ground beef


TATER TOPPER:
1 env (1/2 C) instant mashed potatoes flakes, made according to instructions
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread, milk, accent. Beat in next 6 ingredients.

Mix in beef and mix with fork--do not overmix.

Place in 9x9 baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 mins.

Remove from oven, cover with mashed potatoes and cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly
