Directions:
Thaw & partially raise bread dough. Punch it down. Put corn meal on pastry board & roll out to size of pan. I use a jelly roll pan, which is like a cookie sheet with small sides. Meanwhile partially cook broccoli in a little bit of olive oil & saute in onion & garlic. Let cool. Add 2 T red wine vinegar. Rub top of dough lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle broccoli mixture over dough. season to taste with oregano & parsley. Top w/ mozzarella & provolone. Sprinkle grated Romano (or Parmesan) cover with layer of pepperoni. Roll up placing seam side down and tucking ends in so the stuff doesn't ooze out. Let rise 30 min - 2 hrs. Bake at 325* for 30 min. Rub w/butter. Cool & cut. Good Luck!
