1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
1 green pepper, cubed
1 carrot, shredded
1 t. canning salt
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 t. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the cabbage and salt. Let stand one hour and squeeze the liquid out. Add carrot and pepper to the mix.

While cabbage is standing, mix together the vinegar, sugar, water and mustard seed. Boil together for one minute. Cook to lukewarm warm and add to the cabbage mixture. Put into pint freezer boxes. cover and freeze.

Allow at least one hour for thawing.
