3 c. all purpose flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
5 large eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. butter, don't substitute
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 cup of 7-Up

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 12 cup bundt pan.
Combine flour and salt in bowl and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except the 7-Up in a large mixing bowl and beat at medium speed until fluffy, scraping the side of the bowl occasionally (5 minutes).
Reduce speed to low; alternately add the dry ingredients and the 7-Up, ending with the dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert onto wire rack and remove pan and then cool completely.
