1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
dash salt
1/3 c. hot water
4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in saucepan; stir in water. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Continue stirring boiling mixture for 2 minutes. Now stir in the milk and heat, but do not boil. Remove from heat, add vanilla.
