2 qts milk
1 c rice
1 c sugar
6 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
raisins
cinnamon/sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk, rice, and sugar to a boil; then reduce heat to low. Keep stirring until thick.
Blend the eggs and vanilla in blender. Fold the eggs into the hot rice and milk, slowly. Add raisins. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture on top. Refrigerate.
