2/3 c milk
2 c bisquick
1/2 lb Old English cheese grated or 1 small jar Kraft Old English cheese spread.(I like more cheese so I add a little cheddar)
2 c. medium white sauce made ahead of time.
1 15 oz can flaked salmon or fresh salmon

Directions:
Directions:
Add milk to bisquick blend. Toss on board and knead lightly. Roll into 1/2 inch thickness. Sprinkle with grated cheese, & roll like a jelly roll, cut into 1/2 inch slices, set aside.To hot white sauce add the cheese stir until melted, add salmon. Pour into a 9 X 13 baking dish. Add bisquick pinwheels around the edge. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in 400 oven
