1/2 c. corn or veg oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. zucchini, unpeeled and sliced julienne (long, thin strips)
1 c. bisquick mix
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped (fresh or dried)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp oregano (dried)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl.
Put mixture in greased 13"x9" pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, until top is golden brown.
Cut into squares & serve.
