2 c sugar
5 quarts water
1 large can pineapple juice
1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice
1/2 c lemon juice
1 bottle sweet white wine
4 tea bags,1 each orange and lemon skins
1/4 whole cloves, 3 or 4 cinnamon sticks

Directions:

Bring to a boil 2 c sugar & 4 c water add fruit juices & wine

In another pot boil heat to boiling 4 qt of water,4 tea bags, citrus skins and spices.

Strain this mixture and combine with other mixture. (Mom did leave the cinnamon in the wassail.) Serve warm. Mom would put this in a large 30 cup coffee pot and serve from there.
