1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1 jar apricot preserves
1 bottle Wishbone Russian dressing
4 to 6 chicken parts
1 can of fruits for salad

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a large bowl, all ingredients, except chicken. Marinate chicken in mixture over night in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put chicken and sauce into baking dish. Bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Stop sooner if the chicken starts to turn black.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with fruit (well drained). Bake for an additional 1/4 to 1/2 hour.
