4 - 6 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
1 egg
1 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 T. dried parsley
1 T. dried basil
1 c. mushrooms, sliced or whole if small
1 c. white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Dip in chicken breasts in egg and flour and brown in two sticks of butter. Add parsley, basil, mushrooms, and white wine. Cover and simmer 1 hr. Serve over wild/long-grain rice Yum!
