1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/4 buttermilk
1 egg
4 egg whites
1 quart strawberries
1 8-oz low fat cream cheese cubed
2 cups cold milk
2 pkg. fat free instant white chocolate pudding
cool whip (sweetend with splenda --optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with buttermilk, egg and egg whites in (10 x 14) sprayed pan at 350 for 22 to 30 mins. Cool on wire rack. Spread strawberries on cold cake. Beat cream cheese til fluffy, add milk and then add pudding mix. Spread on top of strawberries. Top with cool whip.
