your favorite greens, washed (lettuce, spinach,...)
sliced almonds or candied walnuts or pecans...
finely shredded mozzarella cheese
blueberries or sliced strawberries

Dressing:
fresh minced garlic
ground pepper
sugar
red wine vinegar
oil, canola or olive

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and spin greens dry or pat dry with a paper towel. Add other ingredients... choosing your nut and berry.
The dressing is a little of everything except more of the red wine vinegar. (i.e. a cup of the vinegar to 1 tbsp. of oil and sugar,...) Experiment.

Gabriel and Kaley made this for me on my 50th. It's a whole meal in itself but you can also add baked salmon or chicken as a topping.
