1 pint scallops
C butter, melted
1 C Ritz cracker crumbs (about 20 crackers)
2/3 C cream (milk can be substituted for less rich dish)
1. melt butter

2. rinse scallops pat dry

3. layer cracker crumbs, scallops, butter, cream dash salt, dash pepper, repeat.

4. Bake 25 minutes at 350
