-1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
-1/4 tsp. pepper
-3 pounds chicken on the bone (can use breasts only or breasts, wings, and thighs). Recipe is better with chicken on the bone but you can use boneless breasts.
-1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 425.
-Mix cheese and pepper.
-Place chicken in 13x9x2 baking dish.
-Brush chicken with melted butter, then coat with cheese mixture.
-Pour any remaining butter over chicken.
-Bake 20 minutes uncovered, then turn and bake 10 minutes more, or until chicken is cooked through.
