Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

-1/2 cup chopped scallions
-1 cup cooked boneless chicken
-1/2 cup chicken broth
-1 small can (4 oz.) diced green chiles
-1 can (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
-1 cup grated cheddar cheese
-1 tsp. pepper
-6 soft flour tacos

-Preheat oven to 375
-Mix together soup, broth, chiles, and pepper- set aside.
-Mix chicken and scallions together- put approximately 2 tbsp. in center of each flour taco. Sprinkle with grated cheese and roll up.
-Place enchiladas in shallow baking dish.
-Pour soup mixture over top and sprinkle with remainder of cheese.
-Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
