4 T. butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease large cookie sheet. In 2 qt. saucepan over medium heat, heat water, butter, and salt until the butter melts and mixture boils. Remove saucepan from heat.
Into very hot butter mixture, with spoon, vigorously stir flour all at once until mixture forms ball and leaves side of pan. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, until smooth. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls, onto cookie sheet in small mounds, 1 inches apart. Bake 25 30 minutes until golden; cool on wire rack about 30 minutes.

When puffs are cool, cut each horizontally in half. Prepare 1 small box of vanilla instant pudding. Mix with 1 c. of cool whip to make cream filling. Fill each puff. If desired, invert cream puff top on cream and top with a strawberry.
