Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkg shredded cabbage mixture
1 can 8 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)
1-2 Tbsp horseradish
1/4 cup sugar (can add more to taste)
3/4 cup mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Place coleslaw in a large bowl, so mixing is easy. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add enough mayo to just moisten the coleslaw, it will make it's own juice after sitting in the fridge. Best if let to sit in fridge for 1-2 hours.
I mix light mayo & regular, I use a spoon spatula and do 1 spoonful of each.

Personal Notes:
This is the best coleslaw ever, don't let the horseradish fool you, you can't even taste it. Pair it with the grape jelly meatballs and some Italian bread and you have a nice dinner!
