1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3/4 Cup Flour
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Pkg. Milk Chocolate Chips (12 oz)
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 1/2 Cups Rice Krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, mix well. Spread in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or till bars test done. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly atop and bake for 3 minutes more.
Remove from oven and cool. In a small saucepan combine chocolate chips and peanut butter, stir over low heat till chocolate is melted. Stir in cereal and spread atop cooled bars. Chill and cut into bars. Refrigerate.
