3 pints Persimmon pulp
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
4 eggs
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp soda
2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soda in pulp. Then add other ingredients, Bake in moderate oven.

Make Syrup: 2 cups sugar, 1 cup water, 1 Tbsp butter. Boil together. Pour over pudding. replace in oven, let syrup cook in pudding.
