4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 (8-oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in a pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Combine Catalina dressing, cranberry sauce and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hr.

Betty (Cornwell) Hollenshead is the wife of Feldor Hollenshead & the daughter-in-law of the late Leon & Katherine (Reed) Hollenshead. This can be easily doubled and is excellent for a holiday dinner.
