4 oz. Bourbon
4 oz. Tia Maria
4 oz. Brandy
1 doz. eggs, separated
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1 qt. whipping cream
1 qt. Half & Half
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Stir powdered sugar into yokes, mix well, then gradually add liquor and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 24 hr. Next day whip cream until firm but not stiff. Mix Half & Half and yoke mixture into whipping cream. Whip egg whites until stiff and fold into whipping cream. Mix thoroughly.
