2 1 lb. round steaks
1 cup Chablis
meat tenderizer
salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Rice or Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize round steak by beating with metal kitchen mallet. Apply salt, pepper, and garlic salt to both sides of meat. Put just enough oil in bottom of skillet to cover. Heat oil, then put meat in and brown both sides. Bake at 300-350 if using oven, or cook over medium heat in covered skillet on stove until meat is browned. Remove meat, cut into bite size pieces, Stir cream of mushroom soup in with wine, return meat to skillet or oven and cover and simmer 1-1/2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
