3 lbs. chicken breasts
1/4 c. molasses
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
2 T. pineapple juice
1/4 c. dried coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the skin from the chicken. Combine the molasses, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot pepper sauce, and juice in a small bowl. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours Sprinkle with the coconut before serving.
