1 cup flour, 1 stick butter, 1 cup chopped nuts, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup confectioner's sugar, 8 oz. container Cool Whip, 2 packages instant lemon pudding, 3 cups milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, butter and 1/2 the nuts and press into the bottom of a 13'x9' pan and bake 15 minutes at 350. After crust has cooled, mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 cup cool whip and spread on top of crust. Mix pudding and milk together and spread over cheese mixture. Cover with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
