1 c. dry rice (white or brown)
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 onion, chopped
1 large can tomato juice or tomato sauce
2-3 medium to large green or red peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Make the rice according to package and set aside. Mix together the browned ground beef, rice, onion and the juice. If you like garlic, add dried garlic to taste. Put in a large pot. Take the tops off of the peppers and take out the seeds. Place the tops aside. Put the rice mixture into the peppers. Place the excess rice mixture into the pot. Place the peppers into the pot. Cut up the pepper tops and mix into the mixture. Bring to a boil Lower to a simmer Simmer until the peppers get soft, about 45-60 minutes.

If you use tomato sauce, water it down with about one can of water.
