1 round 14oz or 2 8oz rounds of Brie
1/2 c butter softened
1 large clove pressed
1/3 c finely chopped walnuts
1/3 c pitted and finely chopped black olives
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Refrigerate Brie until chilled and firm
Cut rounds horizontally
In small bowl combine butter and garlic Add walnuts, olives and basil. MIx well.
Spread mixture on cut side of one of the Brie halves. Top with the other side cut side down.
Lightly press together wrap in plastic wrap
Refrigerate
To serve bring to room temp. Serve with water wafers, saltines,or other plain crackers

Personal Notes: Very rich - serve -cut in thin triangles
