16 oz. Ziti, uncooked
3 1/2 cups (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
16 oz. (2 cups) ricotta cheese
8 oz. (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375.
Cook Ziti according to package directions for 10 min; drain. In large bowl, combine cooked Ziti, 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg , oregano, garlic powder and pepper. In 3 qt casserole, pour 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce; spread Ziti mixture evenly over sauce. Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered for 30-35 minutes or until hot & bubbly.
