1/2 Stick Butter 1 Egg White 1 Tablespoon Water 4 Cups Pecan Halves 1 Cup Sugar 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 300º and melt butter in a foil lined 9 x 13 baking dish. Beat egg white and water till foamy. Stir in nuts and coat with mixture. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt and pour over nuts. Spread in buttered pan and bake for 25 minutes. Stir often.
