1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
1 can chopped water chestnuts.
1 c sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1 envelope vegetable soup mix (Knorr is the best)
3 green onions chopped
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make the night before serving to blend flavors. When ready to serve round out 1 sourdough and use it as a bread bowl.
Cube remaining sourdough, and cube another loaf. Serve with the dip.

This was one of Jean's signature dishes. I bring this to the Simons Family Christmas gathering, since she passed away.
I do not usually like frozen spinach, but I love this dip. I generally do not add the Parmesan cheese.
