Beat egg whites until stiff add 3/4 c. sugar slowly to beaten egg whites. add vinegar & vanilla. Put on cookie sheet swirl with teaspoon for right size Bake in slow oven at 275 for 1 hour; let cool in oven. Can use any filling, Iíve used strawberries.
