Ingredients:  
2 egg whites
3/4 C sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla.

Filling of your choice (I use strawberries)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff
add 3/4 c. sugar slowly to beaten egg whites.
add vinegar & vanilla.
Put on cookie sheet swirl with teaspoon for right size
Bake in slow oven at 275 for 1 hour; let cool in oven. Can use any filling, Iíve used strawberries.
