1 1/4 C. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. oatmeal
1 tsp soda
1/4 salt
1 C melted butter

Layer 2:
1 C chocolate chips
1/2 C nuts

Layer 3:
3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
3 T flour

Layer 4:
Reserved crust crumbs

Combine all crust ingredients. Mix together well.

Put 1/2 the mixture in 9 x 13 pan save 1/2 for top. Bake 10 minutes at 350
When crust is done sprinkle on the chocolate chips & nuts.
Mix 3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping with 3 T flour.
Pour over chips then sprinkle reserve crumbs on top

Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Cool and cut in squares.
