1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Next Layer:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 of 11 oz pkg cool whip.
2/3 c. powdered sugar

Next Layer:
2 pkg instant pudding mix
2 1/2 c. cold milk

Mix together crust ingredients and press in 9 x 12 pan. Bake 350 for 15 minutes

Soften cream cheese. Mix in powdered sugar and blend in cool whip. Spread on cooled crust.

Mix together the pudding & milk and spread on cream cheese layer.

Top with last half of cool whip.
Can be made using any kind of pudding mix

Chill and serve
