1 1lb of crawfish tails
1 lb of velvetta cheese
1 can of rotel diced tomatoes

Cook crawfish,season to taste with red pepper,garlic powder and Cajun spices.
Melt cheese and stir in rotel tomatoes.
Add the cooked crawfish ,mix well
Serve with Chips and salsa!!!!
