3 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Remove from heat and add milk, vanilla and salt. Mix well until blended. Gradually beat in sugar. Add cream of tartar. If necessary add more milk to made desired consistency. Beat well. Frosting will be light, fluffy and rich.
