Step 1:
3/4 C olive oil
1/2 C raspberry vinegar
1/2 tsp poppy seed
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp dry mustard

Step 2:
1/4 C sugar
1 C pecan pieces

Step 3:
6 C torn spinach
strawberries sliced fresh

Directions:

Step 1:
Mix together the first five ingredients to use as the dressing.

Step 2:
In iron pan, caramelize: 1/4 c sugar and 1 C pecan pieces. Put on wax paper to cool.

Step 3:
Toss, fruit, pecans and spinach with dressing
