1 T butter 1 lb ground beef ½ chopped onion ¾ cup ketchup ¼ cup water 1 T white sugar 2 T prepared mustard 1 T vinegar
Melt butter, add chopped onion. Brown the hamburger in the butter / onion mixture. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes. (do not drain juice off at all) Serve on fresh bakery buns.
