1 to 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
cup butter
c flour
1 c whipping cream
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown mushrooms in butter. Coat chicken in flour and layer in a 9 x 13 pan. Top with butter/mushroom mixture. Then add whipping cream , top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
