4.4 oz. pkg. chicken flavored rice & sauce mix
2 C water
1 1/3 C French’s French Fried Onions
1 C cubed Velveeta cheese
1 ˝ lbs. chicken breast, cubed
1 C chopped broccoli
1 C red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown cubed chicken. While chicken is browning, combine rice & sauce mix and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in 2/3 cup French fried onions, vegetables, and cheese. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes until rice is tender, stirring frequently. Add chicken to cheesy rice and heat through. Sprinkle 2/3 cup onions over rice just before serving.
