3 Tbsp Butter
2 chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
dash salt/pepper
1/8 tsp. ground marjoram
2 green onions
chicken broth
Marsala wine
1 cup fresh mushrooms; sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, pepper and marjoram in a bowl; set aside. Saute 1 Tbsp butter, mushrooms, and green onion in huge skillet. Rinse chicken and pat dry; cut off fat. On a cutting board put chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and beat until 1/4 inch thick. Press into flour mixture. Take other 2 Tbsp of butter in skillet. Saute chicken until done. Put in mushrooms and green onions. Take 1/2 cup (equal amounts) wine and chicken broth. Let bubble 1-2 minutes. Serve over pasta (spiral pasta works best).
