1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups milk
8 oz grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender; drain. Mix together flour, salt and pepper. In a sauce pan, melt butter; blend in flour. Slowly incorporate milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add cheese; stir until melted. Mix cheese sauce with macaroni. Turn into 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes or until heated through. You can use a microwave on high for 8-10 minutes.
