1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add milk. Add flour, sugar and salt. Beat with egg beater until smooth or put in blender.
Pour 1/2 c. batter unto lightly greased hot skillet/griddle, tilting skillet back and forth so pancake stays very thin. When lightly browned, loosen edges with spatula and turn over. Serve with syrup, cinnamon and sugar, or jam/jelly.
