4 medium potatoes 1 med. onion (optional) 1 can cheese soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Peel and slice potatoes. Layer potatoes and onion in casserole dish. In separate bowl combine soup, milk, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes. Cover lightly. Microwave 10 minutes on high. Stir. Microwave 8 more minutes on high. Let stand 5 minutes.
